Reasons To Date a Lawyer (part 1)

Surrounded by a sea of men you would think that finding a suitable partner would be easy for a female lawyer. But then, I read articles like this: 17 Things you should know before dating a lawyer.

And I'm reminded of the reality, no one wants to date a lawyer moreover a female one!

It is universally accepted that lawyers are hated, unless of course you're Harvey Specter. 

Not only that but being a female lawyer apparently means I am argumentative, high maintenance, have a bigger bank balance than you and work all the time. This article got me thinking, dating is already hard enough in the modern world where a new girl is a just a right swipe away.

"Do female lawyers face insurmountable criticism? Or is it that we judge everyone too harshly? Or maybe guys just don't like smart girls? Or is it frowned upon for a female to marry someone who earns less than her? Who knows?"

Maybe I'll make like Miranda Hobbs and just marry a Steve Brady?
